Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Step 1: Prep Your Workspace

Let the engine cool completely and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Lay out all kit components and check them against the parts list. Watch the video above first — seriously, it'll save you time.

Step 2: Pull the Stock Intake

Remove the factory air box, intake tube, and any associated ducting. Photograph or label all vacuum lines and connectors before you disconnect anything. A tidy disassembly makes everything easier on the way back together.

Step 3: Mount the Bracket and Pulleys

Bolt the supercharger bracket to the engine block and torque to spec. Install the idler pulleys and tensioner — use medium-strength thread locker on all fasteners to keep everything locked down under vibration.

Step 4: Install the Supercharger

Position the supercharger on the bracket, thread the mounting bolts in by hand to confirm alignment, then torque to spec. Connect the inlet to the throttle body with the supplied coupler and clamps — make it airtight.

Step 5: Route the Drive Belt

Follow the belt routing diagram in your kit. Use a serpentine belt tool to seat the belt under tension and confirm it's correctly seated on every pulley before releasing.

Step 6: Button Everything Back Up

Reinstall all intake components, vacuum lines, PCV hoses, and electrical connectors. Double-check every clamp. Nothing kinked, nothing loose.

Step 7: Fire It Up

Reconnect the battery, start the engine, and let it idle. Listen for boost leaks, check oil pressure and coolant temp, and enjoy that new supercharger whine.

Step 8: Get It Tuned

A professional tune is strongly recommended to unlock the full power potential and protect your engine. Drive easy for the first 50–100 miles — then let it rip.

Stop Leaving Power on the Table

Your Challenger deserves to feel as aggressive as it looks. The VTSuperchargers kit is the upgrade that changes everything — and with a 24-month warranty and worldwide shipping, there's no reason to wait.
