Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Step 1: Prep Your Workspace

Engine fully cool, negative battery terminal disconnected. Unbox the kit, verify all parts against the checklist, and watch the video above before you start. It makes everything smoother.

Step 2: Remove the Stock Intake

Pull the factory air box, intake tube, and ducting. Photograph or label everything before disconnecting so reassembly is straightforward.

Step 3: Install the Bracket and Pulleys

Mount the supercharger bracket to the engine block and torque to spec. Fit the idler pulleys and tensioner with medium-strength thread locker on all fasteners.

Step 4: Mount the Supercharger

Position the supercharger on the bracket, thread bolts in by hand to confirm alignment, then torque to spec. Connect the inlet to the throttle body with the supplied coupler and clamps — get a tight, leak-free seal.

Step 5: Route the Drive Belt

Follow the belt routing diagram in your kit. Use a serpentine belt tool to seat the belt under tension. Confirm correct seating on every pulley before releasing.

Step 6: Button Everything Back Up

Reinstall all intake components, vacuum lines, PCV hoses, and electrical connectors. Check every clamp. Nothing kinked, nothing loose.

Step 7: Fire It Up

Reconnect the battery, start the engine, and let it idle. Listen for boost leaks, check oil pressure and coolant temp. That supercharger whine? That's the sound of a great decision.

Step 8: Get It Tuned

A professional tune is strongly recommended to maximise power and protect your engine. Take it easy for the first 50–100 miles, then enjoy every kilometre after that.
